Welcome to Swirls & Swags Door Decor. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

All wreaths, swags, and decorative designs are handmade and may include one-of-a-kind materials. Because of the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, ribbon placement, or decorative elements may occur.

Product photos are provided to represent the design as accurately as possible; however, screen settings and lighting may cause colors to appear slightly different.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to the handmade and often custom nature of our designs.

Swirls & Swags Door Decor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are processed within the timeframe shown at checkout. Because each design is handmade, processing times may vary depending on seasonal demand and product availability.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Swirls & Swags Door Decor.

All sales are final.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

While shipping damage is extremely rare, claims may be reviewed for items that arrive with visible shipping damage.

If your package arrives damaged, you must:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged shipping box BEFORE opening.
2. Take photos of the design while still inside the box.
3. Take detailed photos showing the actual damage to the product.

Photo documentation is required for review and possible claim processing.

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe or without photo evidence may not be eligible for review.
