Shipping Information

Swirls & Swags Door Decor currently ships within the United States only.

Each design is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Orders are processed within the timeframe listed at checkout. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Because all items are handmade and often custom-designed, processing times may vary depending on the design and season.

Orders are shipped via trusted U.S. carriers and delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and seasonal demand. 



Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our wreaths and decor, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.



Damaged Item Policy

While damage during shipping is extremely rare, Swirls & Swags Door Decor will review claims for items that arrive with visible shipping damage.

If your package arrives damaged, you must:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged shipping box BEFORE opening.
     
  2. Take photos of the design while still inside the box.
     
  3. Take detailed photos showing the actual damage to the product.
     

Photo documentation is required so a claim can be reviewed and filed if necessary.

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests without photo evidence or submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
